With both local and international wines available, Bin 2860 has one of the best wine selections in the Santa Ynez Valley. In addition to supporting local wineries by featuring some of the best and well respected wines the Central Coast wine region has to offer, each month we also open our doors and tasting counter to a different "Featured Winemaker" of the month. This gives you a unique opportunity to taste small production, hand crafted boutique wines from some truly passionate winemakers, many of whom may very well be the superstars of tomorrow.

However, in keeping with our motto, we honor the roots of this still youthful wine region we are fortunate to call home by also seeking to introduce the casual wine drinker and experienced oenophile alike to the incredible breadth of wine varieties and styles represented around the world. We invite you to join us as we appreciate the elegance of Burgundy, the depth of Bordeaux, the power of Barolo, the exotic spice of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, and the earthiness of Rioja. And of course we would be remiss if we left out Germany, Austria, New Zealand, Australia, South America & South Africa in our quest for diversity and the ultimate enjoyment of wine. So you will find these regions well represented on our shelves in addition to a few more selections from our own California soils, as well as Oregon & Washington.
