Shipping Policies:
Currently we ship ONLY within CALIFORNIA via UPS Ground or FedEx 2-Day.
Shipping charges will not be applied at the time of your order. Please refer to the table below for shipping charges, broken down by number of bottles and carrier. By placing your order, you are agreeing to the applicable shipping charges for the wine you order, as laid out in our shipping table found in the table below. Once we have received your order, correct shipping charges will be applied and your credit card will be charged immediately in order to expedite the shipment of your order.
At the time of your order, you will have the option of selecting either UPS Ground or FedEx 2 Day. All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
All orders are processed within 48 hours of our receipt of them. Wine is shipped from our store on Thursdays. All other items are shipped Monday through Friday, once the order has been processed by our sales associates. You will receive confirmation emails when we have processed your order and prepared it for shipment, as well as when the order is shipped.
